For the best results, coat your chicken in buttermilk before, drain well and cover generously with Cluck It Crunch.

No buttermilk? No problem — a light coating of oil will also work.

Make sure your chicken is well covered with the mix.

For best results, we recommend cooking in a fryer at 160°C.

An air fryer can also be used as a lighter alternative 

Always ensure your chicken reaches a core temperature of 75°C before serving.

Serve with your favourite sauces, sides, chips or in a burger.
