 To ensure smooth service, please check the following before booking:

A suitable flat space is required for setup and safe operation.

• Access to 2 standard plug sockets (13A) 
• Must be within 30 metres of the trailer position 
• Heavy-duty extension leads can be provided if needed 

The customer must ensure they have permission from the landowner or venue to host a mobile catering trailer on site.

• Minimum booking: 50 guests 
• Additional guests: £15 per person 
• Final guest numbers must be confirmed no later than 14 days before the event 

To secure your booking, the following applies:

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings 
• The deposit confirms your event date and preparation slot 
• Remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event 
• Bookings are only confirmed once deposit payment is received 
• Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation
