In the case that you have secured your booking by paying the full balance , we will require at least 48 hours notice for a full refund.
If for some extreme reason we were to cancel you will get a full refund.
All information gathered for a booking is for the sole purpose to contact you for the event that you have enquired for and we will never contact you otherwise or share your data.
Delivery times are between 10 am - 1pm
Wednesday - Saturday.
If you need a certain time frame then please just send us the details on your order form and we will try our best to accommodate.
Delivery itself - When we arrive, we knock on the premises and deliver your order, If nobody is at the premises at that time, we will use the contact details provided by yourself to arrange a safe spot to keep it.
If nobody answers the contact details provided, we will send a text, leave a voicemail and/or send an email to let you know where we think the safest spot was. ( We do not take responsibility of what occurs after we have delivered your order except if it is uniquely food related) - Then please do contact us asap.
